How to Use
Shake well before use. Apply 2-3 layers to the lash line. Allow to 2-3 minutes to fully dry. Apply Make A Pout Beauty magnetic eye lashes on top of the liner, adjust the lash to the desired position.
How to Remove
Use a gentle oil based makeup remover to remove the magnetic eye liner from the lash line carefully.
